  • High School Area Rep – A MDMEF Board member that represents all schools in the specific
    high school attendance area; responsible for establishing communication with music directors
    and parent groups at each feeder school. Works closely with the Individual School Reps.
  • Individual School Rep – A contact person for specific school site working with the High School
    Area Rep to publicize and coordinate MDMEF events and activities.
  • Administrative Support – Making copies, stuffing envelopes, delivering flyers to schools and businesses.
  • Event Photographer
  • Design/Artwork of publicity materials for events.
  • Specific talent or experience to volunteer.
Specific Event Planning and Organization:
  • Music-A-Thon (January)
  • Music Festival (May)
  • Raffles
  • Dine and Donate Events
  • Interested in day of event participation, not event planning
