- High School Area Rep – A MDMEF Board member that represents all schools in the specific
high school attendance area; responsible for establishing communication with music directors
and parent groups at each feeder school. Works closely with the Individual School Reps.
- Individual School Rep – A contact person for specific school site working with the High School
Area Rep to publicize and coordinate MDMEF events and activities.
- Administrative Support – Making copies, stuffing envelopes, delivering flyers to schools and businesses.
- Event Photographer
- Design/Artwork of publicity materials for events.
- Specific talent or experience to volunteer.
Specific Event Planning and Organization:
- Music-A-Thon (January)
- Music Festival (May)
- Raffles
- Dine and Donate Events
- Interested in day of event participation, not event planning
